What are voucher codes?
Voucher codes are simply the online version of coupons you may have found in newspapers or magazines, on leaflets or on grocery packaging. They can be used to give you free delivery or reduced shipping costs, to give a monetary or percentage discount on your purchase, to allow you to pay cheaper prices on selected products and goods, or to get a free gift.
Are they valid for anything and anyone?
Generally yes, they’re valid for anyone to use - although there may be specific criteria to fulfil. This can sometimes mean you must be a new customer or meet a minimum spend requirements. We do check for these type of details as much as possible and when this is the case we will inform you. We also urge you to check for any terms and conditions on the retailer’s websites.
Why do you not have any codes for certain retailers?
Sometimes we may not know of any codes for a retailer or it could simply be they don’t issue or utilise them. However, we do list their offers as well.
Our criteria for listing offers is quite simply are they useful and worth telling you about? Sometimes they’re online only and you won’t be able get that offer in the retailer’s High Street store. Occasionally a special action is required to activate the offer, such as visiting via a special link to be referred as coming from this website. These are sometimes exclusive and we’ve found they can often add as much value, if not more, than a code.
How do I access the codes?
On the retailer pages click the button(s) titled Get Code & Open Store. The code will then pop into plain view ready for you to highlight and copy. We’ll also open the retailer’s website in a new tab or window, depending on your Internet browser, to make it easy for you to apply the code.
If the offer is for a specific product or section on the retailer’s website we’ll attempt to make it easier for you and link to the relevant area on their website.
When we know of any unusual methods you need to follow to redeem a code we’ll advise you. These instructions will be placed at the top of the retailer page or beneath the retailer’s logo on the right hand side of the page.
I can’t get a code to work?
Most codes listed here are communicated to us via official sources. Whilst we are unable to check every single one we’d say they’re generally reliable. Read through the following tips and options as they may help:
- There may be an extra step required in the store’s shopping basket/checkout area such as clicking a Submit or Apply link.
- There may be specific terms such as a minimum amount, selected product(s) or first time customers only, check if we have a Restrictions or Terms link. It’s also worth checking any terms on the retailer’s website.
- The retailer could have ended the use of the code early or we may not have been advised of an expiry date.
- We could have made a mistake with the code or some of the details.
